Do I need to use 'esp'?
If you spend 15 minutes or more making your employee schedule, you absolutely should be using 'esp'. Once you see how easy it is to schedule using 'esp', you will never go back to pencils and erasers again.

How does esp save me time?
By taking the busy work out of scheduling. Simply determine how many employees you need for each position(job). Then just tell 'esp' who needs off and let 'esp' quickly reschedule your employees.

How much time will 'esp' save me?
Most schedules are made in approximately one minute. That's right, one minute.

How do I keep track of my employees availability?
You don't, 'esp' does it for you. How many times have you juggled names from here to there only to realize that the employee you just scheduled can't work due to other time conflicts that you forgot about. With 'esp' this is all done automatically.

How do I schedule an extra employee?
Just tell 'esp' the time and position for which the employee is needed. Let 'esp' select the employee based on the criteria you entered when you set up 'esp'.

What if no one is available to work?
Then 'esp' will move employees around to find someone to work, even if it is necessary to change the days of other employees. 'esp' will do what is necessary to find an employee to work the shift. This is the most powerful feature of 'esp' and quite frankly, 'esp' will probably do a better job at rearranging your schedule than you will.

What do I have to do to set up 'esp'?
Simply answer a few question about your company such as payroll info, starting day of the schedule, etc... Then enter your employee's and your basic schedule needs.

How many employees can 'esp' handle?
Unlimited. You can schedule as many employees as you like with 'esp'.

How many starting/ending times can 'esp' manage?
Again, unlimited. You can schedule every employee you have to start and end work at a different time if you like.
