Another great feature. Simply check off all of the desired reports and 'esp' will print all of them at once. It will even remember the reports you printed last time.

Availability Form
Very useful to collect the information necessary to enter each employee into 'esp'.

Vacation Time
A useful form to post so employees will know when others are taking there vacation time and therefore avoid having multiple employees vacationing at the same time.

Schedule Handout Report
The Schedule Handout is a separate schedule that is printed for each employee to take home. This eliminates the possibility of the employee making and error when coping a schedule from the wall.

Schedule by Week Report
This is the schedule you will post on the wall. It is a grid with the days at the top, employees on the left and times working in the corresponding boxes of the grid.

Schedule by Day Report
This is a separated by days and has a separate line for each employee scheduled to work.
