What are the system requirements
Any Pentium processor with a minimum of 32 Megs of Ram and about 8 Megs of disk space is recommended.

How does trial version differ from actual copy
The version of esp that you download or obtain off our CD is the full version of our software. However the Backup and Restore features have been disabled, and you are only allowed to access the program four times. Once you purchase esp, a registration number will be sent to you with your company information, that will unlock your trial version and restore any data that you may have entered.

Maximum number of employees that I can input
There is no limit to the number of employees you can input.

Can you setup rotations
Unfortunately esp does not offer any options for rotating employees, and this must be done manually. However, you can save your rotations to directories that you create in Windows under the c:/esp/files directory. Saving the schedules to two directories you create can help you in rotating employees to work alternating dates.

Weekly Schedules vs. Monthly Schedules
Our software produces schedules based on a weekly format. We have found that companies who have generated schedules on a monthly or semi-monthly schedule tend to go back and revise their schedules each week. In the past drafting a schedule used to be a real chore, thus the reason management tended to favor longer periods. With esp schedules can be created in literally minutes, thus accounting for uncertain irregularities, such as employees being sick on a given week. Since you can save your schedules with esp, management can create and print. as many weeks as they see fit.

Can I obtain additional logins
The software is designed to allow a user to log on to esp four times. Those messages you received each time you load esp regarding the number of logins allowed with your demo version are accurate. Unfortunately, not everyone takes them seriously. The logins are embedded into the program code, so unfortunately, we can not change or add to the number of logins. If you did not enter a lot of information, you can re-install esp, and this time try to keep esp opened on your desktop.

Will data entered still be valid after four logins
Yes, if you purchase esp, the registration will unlock your current version, and allow you to save your data.
