General Information

General
Point and click, make a schedule without touching the keyboard. Click a button and 'esp' will fill your schedule with employees automatically. You will never have to juggle schedules again. Click a button to replace absent employees. A list of available employees with phone numbers will appear. Click another button and 'esp' will dial your phone (modem required). Click a single button to print all desired reports. Click a button and the online coach will give helpful hints to new users. Click a button for the first time users checklist to ensure easy setup and schedule creation.

Unlimited number of employees and positions (example; bartender) Manually override 'esp's' selections at any time. Track employees availability restrictions. Schedule employees to work multiple shifts per day. (example; Breakfast, Lunch, and/or Dinner) Track payroll and hourly schedule totals for easy budget management. Schedules can begin on any day of the week Track stations as well as positions. (example; for the position 'cashier' there are 2 stations, 'register #1' and 'register #2') Unlimited number of positions for each employee. (example; Sales, Warehouse, Delivery) Track vacation time. (no more forgetting). Assign a skill level to each employee, (therefore 'esp' will only assign qualified employees to work busy shifts). Specify maximum hour per day, days per week, shifts per day for each employee. Lock any employee into a scheduled shift so 'esp' will not move them when juggling the schedule. Save old schedules for reference when needed. Password protection prevents unauthorized use.
