How to setup a 24/7 Operation
The key to setting up a 24/7 operation is not to overlap the new day time that is located in the Startup Information Screen in the Setup Menu. The new day time tells esp at what time you want one day to end and another to begin Go to the startup information screen located in the setup menu. The second to last entry field is the new daytime. Set this time to a time, which will not be overlapped. (i.e. If your graveyard shift begins at 11:00pm and your night shift ends at around the same time, set the new daytime to say 11:01pm, your graveyard shift would start at 11:02pm, and your night shift would end at 11:00 pm. The key is to select a time when you have the fewest employees working, so that there will be minimal manual changes when your schedule is printed.
