This Week's Schedule Changes
This is where you will enter information relating to any scheduling changes (example; a restaurant is having a banquet on Monday night and needs to add additional Servers and Cooks)
Shift/Day
Select the Day and Shift desired.
Position
Enter the Position(Job Title) that is needed. (example; Bartender, Bookkeeper)
Station
Optional. Input the Station(section or area) specific to the Position you are scheduling. (example; a Bartender(Position) may work at the Main Bar(Station) or the Service Bar(Station).
From/To
The beginning and ending time the employee is needed.
Skill
Optional. The skill is based on a scale from 1 to 10 where 10 is the most skilled. Enter the minimum skill required to work this Position/Station. (you assign a skill level to each employee in the employee screen.)
Name
This is the employee that is assigned to work this Position/Station. You may enter this yourself from 'esp's' list of available/qualified employees or leave it blank and let 'esp' assign the employees.
Lock
Optional. Check this box if you don't want 'esp' to remove this employee while rearranging employees to fill the schedule.
Lunch
Optional. Simply the amount of time that employees take for unpaid meal breaks. This is used for the Payroll Estimator Function.
