When the administration button is clicked, etc looks in the c:\Windows directory for a file called esp_etc.txt . If the file exists, etc will read this file and add any names that it does not already have to its employee list. This file is created automatically if you are a user of esp - Employee Schedule Partner by espSoftware. If you would like to import names from another application, using the data you export from the other application, you must create a file (all values must be in quotes and separated by commas) and name it esp_etc.txt This file must be located in the c:\Windows directory. This file should only contain one field which is the employee name (first and last name in one field).
