Internal time clock
ETC uses the Window's internal time clock. If you are running Windows NT or 2000, you can secure the clock using the operating system. To the best of my knowledge, Windows 95/98 has no method of locking the internal time clock. Users that are aware of this will be able to change the clock and 'fool etc'. If this is a concern, you will need to put the computer in a supervised area or use the old fashioned time clock.
